About Milos Charters
Milos Charters is a boating platform that lists boats and services in Milos. Some boats are owned and operated by Milos Charters and some are owned and operated by trusted third-party boat owners and providers.

The role of Milos Charters may differ depending on the listing:

  • For Milos Charters boats, we are the operator and service provider.

  • For third-party boats, the boat owner or provider is the operator and delivers the service. Milos Charters helps manage enquiries and bookings through the platform.

Reading the boat listing is your responsibility
Each boat page includes important information such as:

  • License requirements

  • Deposit and payment rules

  • What is included

  • Rental duration and fuel policy

  • Meeting point and check-in time

  • Cancellation and refund policy

You agree to read the listing carefully before booking. If anything is unclear you should contact us before confirming.

Bookings and payments
When you request or confirm a booking you agree that:

  • A deposit may be required to secure the booking. Deposit rules can vary by boat and are shown on the boat page.

  • If the booking is made within 48 hours of the start time full payment may be required as shown on the boat page.

  • Your booking is only confirmed once you receive written confirmation by email or official message from Milos Charters.

Cancellations and no-shows
Cancellation and refund terms depend on the boat and are shown on each boat listing. You agree that:

The policy shown on the boat page applies to your booking

No-shows may be charged the full amount based on the listing policy

Weather and safety can affect bookings. If a trip is cancelled for safety reasons you will be offered rescheduling or a refund based on the policy shown on the listing.

Eligibility and license requirements
You must meet the age and license requirements shown on the boat listing.

For boats that require a boating license you may be asked to provide documentation before or at check-in. If you arrive without the required documents the booking may be refused and treated as a late cancellation or no-show according to the listing policy.

Arrival and briefing
You are responsible for arriving on time. We recommend arriving just before your booking time so the briefing does not reduce your time on the water.

Late arrival may reduce your rental duration and may not qualify for a refund.

Safety and rules on the water
You agree to follow:

  • The safety briefing provided at check-in

  • Local laws and port authority rules

  • The instructions of the boat owner skipper or staff

You must not operate a boat under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Unsafe behaviour may result in termination of the rental without refund.

Damage deposits and responsibility

Some boats require a damage deposit. This will be stated on the boat listing.

You may be responsible for loss damage or extra costs caused by misuse negligence or breach of the rules including late return missing equipment or fines.

Third-party services
For third-party listings the operator is responsible for delivering the service. Milos Charters may assist with communication and booking management but the operator’s listing terms apply.

Website use and acceptable behaviour
You agree not to:

  • misuse the website

  • attempt to access restricted systems

  • submit false booking details

  • interfere with website security or performance

  • We may refuse service or cancel bookings if we believe there is fraud abuse or repeated misuse.
