At Milos Charters, we want your booking experience to be simple and stress-free. That includes a clear, fair cancellation policy.

Cancellation & Refund Policy (Summary)

  • Full refund or credit if you cancel at least 7 days before your charter.

  • Full refund or credit if we cancel due to bad weather or other unforeseen circumstances.

  • No-shows are charged the full price.

If you need to cancel
If you need to cancel your charter, please contact us by phone or email.

If your cancellation is made more than 7 days before the scheduled charter, you will receive a full refund or credit.

If we cancel (weather or unforeseen circumstances)

If we need to cancel due to bad weather, safety concerns, or other unforeseen issues, we will work with you to reschedule your charter to a time that suits you. If rescheduling isn’t possible, we will issue a full refund.

Deposits & Payments

  • A minimum 50% deposit is required to confirm most bookings.

  • Some boats on our website are offered by third-party boat owners and deposit requirements may vary. The exact deposit amount is always listed on each boat’s page.

  • If a booking is made within 48 hours of the charter, full payment is required to secure the reservation.

Third-party boats (boat owners)
Milos Charters also lists boats operated by independent third-party boat owners. In these cases, the refund policy may differ and the specific cancellation and refund terms are shown on the listing page for that boat.

Travel insurance (recommended)
Travel insurance is recommended. It can help cover unexpected situations like illness, travel delays or cancellations. Please check with your insurance provider, credit card, airline or a travel insurance company for options. Milos Charters does not provide insurance and cannot advise on coverage.
