Refund policy

At Milos Charters, we strive to make your travel experience as smooth as possible, which includes a flexible cancellation policy for our customers. Here’s a summary of our policy:
• Full refund or credit with 7 day notice of cancellation.
• Full refund or credit in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.
• No-shows will be charged the full price.
In the event that you need to cancel your charter, please contact us by phone or email. If the cancellation is made more than 7 days before the scheduled charter, you will receive a full refund or credit. In case of operator cancellation due to bad weather or other unforeseen circumstances, we will work with you to reschedule your charter to a mutually convenient time. If rescheduling is not possible, we will issue a full refund.
We recommend that all of our customers purchase travel insurance to protect against unexpected events such as bad weather, illness, and other unforeseen circumstances.
Please note that at least 50% deposit is required for all bookings.
